TAKING CARE OF WHO TOOK CARE OF US
One month ago, in the city of Berga, an 80 year-old woman was found. She had fallen down the stairs af her house. The woman had a broken leg. Fortunately, a boy who was living at the same building could help her and called an ambulance quickly.
Because of this incident, the City Council has decided to ask the High Schools of the city for help. They want students to go to old people's houses some days. This way, they will probably avoid most accidents that happen to old people because they can't take care of themselves.

"Tres metros sobre el cielo" - Three meters above the sky
I have recently seen "tres metros sobre el cielo", a Spanish made movie by Fernando González Medina. It's a film based on a novel written in 2004 by the italian author Frederico Moccia. The novel is called "Tre metri sopra il cielo".
The main characters habe been preformed by two famous Spanish actors Mario Casas and María Valverde. I don't really like romantic films but this one is a teen romantic drama that tells the story of two young people who belong to different worlds. Babi (Maria Valverde) is a girl from upper-middle class that is educated in goodness, innocence and rules, so she is extremely polite. He (Mario Casas) is a rebellious boy, impulsive, and he likes the risk and danger of the fights and illegal motorbike races.
I enjoyed this film a lot although it has the typical ending of all romantic films, that the main characters fall in love with each other but the plot of the story in the film is quite good, so no matter how the end is.

CAMINO
I remember when I saw a film called Camino. It was a Spanish made movie. It was about a girl, a very beautiful girl who was very ill. She had a cancer. Her mother was very religious; she was always saying that God would save her daughter from the disease. The time passed and the girl was getting worse. Doctors operated on but she wasn't better. So, her mother decided not to do anything because if there was any solution, it was a God's miracle.
The only person who took really care of the girl was her father. He had to work outside to earn money for his family, so he could never be in hospital with her. Anyway, one day, he bought some cakes in a bakery, and took some letters to her daughter from a boy who was in love with her. He thought that the girl would be very happy to read them.
Suddenly, while her father was driving to the hospital, a big lorry hit the car and he died in that accident. This was the most impressive scene in the film for me, because I started to cry. It was very sad to see how the girl was dying without saying goodbye to her father and without reading those letters.

THE IBERIAN LINX
The Iberian Linx is a kind of cat, with leopard-like spots, and a big capacity to detect its prey. It lives in the Iberian Peninsula and it is one of the most endangered cat species in the world. It likes to live in environments with trees, dense shrubs or open grasslands. Nowadays, it's only found in mountainous areas. The Iberian Lynx hunts mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians, but its main prey is the rabbit. They can eat one rabbit per day (males) or three rabbits per day (females).
Today, it is estimated to be as few as 100 surviving Iberian Lynxes. The situation is critical. They are endangered because of the destruction of their habitat and the declining of rabbit's population.
To sum up, nowadays, there are a lot of groups or associations that work to protect the Lynx's habitat, help them to reproduce and to find food.

My name is Júlia Soler and this composition is about my personal experiance at the English class this year and all I have learned with the Comenius Project.
During this course we have done a lot of activities like talking and recording videos about us or about our Christmas traditions. I think it is good to write many compositions because you improve a lot your vocabulary and you learn to write better. The activity I haven't liked is the one which we had to do a recipie and record it because I don't like recording myself with a camera.
The most enjoyable activity, I think it was doing Christmas songs because it was very funny and easy to do. Other easy thing and good to improve our computer knowledge was the creation of a blog. We had to put photos in it, videos and some texts.
This year I haven't learned many new things because I go to the English academy but it's good to learn new vocabulary and review the grammar and other things.
In conclusion, this year I have enjoyed it more than others because the activities were more varied.
